Butterfield | El Paso, TX
Nearest airport: (ELP) El Paso International Airport
Drive time from airport: 5.9 minutes

This Par 72, award winning, Tom Fazio premium daily fee public golf course is highlighted by natural sand dunes, and native flora and fauna. Butterfield Trail Golf Club features over 55 feet of elevation changes and avails itself to drama and relief with vertical transitions, making each and every hole a “signature hole.” Offering Dominant Plus Bent grass greens, Butterfield Trail provides an unmatched golfer experience and the perfect addition to Sun Country Golf

Lajitas Golf Resort | Lajitas, Texas
Nearest airport: (T89) Lajitas International Airport
Drive time from airport: Adjacent

Located at Lajitas Golf Resort, a 27,000-acre resort along the Rio Grande, Black Jack’s Crossing was designed by golf superstar Lanny Wadkins, winner of the 1977 PGA Championship, eight-time member of the US Ryder Cup team (as well as 1995 team captain), and inductee into the World Golf Hall of Fame.

Named after U.S. Army General, “Black Jack” Pershing who pursued Pancho Villa across the Rio Grande, the golf course combines the historical features of the land with the stunning setting of Big Bend National Park. Several breathtaking mountain holes set against spectacular mountain vistas make this course a true work of art.

Desert Lakes | Alamogordo, New Mexico
Regional airport: (ALM) Alamogordo White Sands Regional Airport
Drive time from airport: 9 minutes

Desert Lakes is a quality public facility that is located at the base of the Sacramento Mountain range. Remodeled in 1996-97 by Williams & Gill the course features four sets of tees to cater to all levels of play. The front nine is a tree-lined, parkland-style layout that highlights large greens with subtle undulations. The back nine, “the desert nine”, is cut out of the southern New Mexico desert. The large, subtle greens make for a unique coupling of contrast and consistency. The course also features numerous water hazards that come into play on eleven of the eighteen holes. This makes the course challenging yet interesting and fun to play for all levels of golfers. Alamogordo delights in year-round golf, with summer highs in the 90’s and moderate winter temperatures.

Palmilla Beach Golf | Port Aransas, Texas
Regional airport: (KRAS) Mustang Beach Airport
Drive time from airport: 3 minutes

Palmilla is fun, fresh, fast play and Texas’ only True Links course (think St. Andrews with its coastal setting of dunes, wide bunkers and fast greens).

Originally designed by Arnold Palmer, Palmilla is now a 12 hole course, including 9 holes of regulation play plus The Loop, our 3 hole short course.

Everyone is welcome. There is no membership required nor is there a dress code (though we do suggest you do wear clothes!). The only ‘requirement’ is that you and your friends have a great time on our greens.
